Get a PKR 5,000 Refund by creating amazing content for Skadeas.

1. Eligibility

• Your order must be worth PKR 10,000 or more.
• Your order must be delivered successfully.
• You must be the original creator of the submitted content.
• You agree to all terms in this policy.

2. Refund

Approved submissions receive a PKR 5,000 refund. The refund is issued after approval and is not an upfront discount.

3. Content Requirements

Your content should:

• Be original.
• Be high resolution.
• Have clear lighting.
• Have clear audio if it is a video.
• Show the product clearly.
• Be clean and visually appealing.
• Not include offensive or illegal material.
• Not include copyrighted music or third-party intellectual property.
• Only photos will not be accepted as content.

4. Review Process

Every submission is reviewed by our team.

Approval depends on whether your content meets the requirements listed above.

Our decision is final and we are not required to explain why a submission was rejected.

5. How We Can Use Your Content

Once your content is approved and your refund has been issued, you grant Skadeas permission to use it worldwide forever.

We may:

• Post it on social media.
• Use it in advertisements.
• Edit it.
• Crop it.
• Resize it.
• Add graphics or music.
• Create new videos.
• Create reels.
• Create product photos.
• Combine it with other creators' content.
• Use AI tools to improve or edit it.
• Use it on our website, emails, packaging, catalogues and promotional material.

6. Ownership

You still own your original content.

However, by accepting the refund you give Skadeas a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, advertise and create new content from your submission.

7. No Extra Payments

The PKR 5,000 refund is the only payment for participating in this program. Once the refund has been issued, no additional payments, royalties, commissions or licensing fees will be payable now or in the future.

8. Your Responsibilities

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The content is your original work.
• You own or have permission to use everything shown in the content.
• Anyone appearing in the content has agreed to be recorded.
• Your content does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or privacy rights.
• Your content complies with the laws of Pakistan.

9. Our Rights

Skadeas reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any submission.
• Decide whether submitted content meets our requirements.
• Modify, edit or create new content from your submission.
• Use your content for advertisements and future marketing campaigns.
• Change, suspend or end this program at any time without prior notice.

10. Fraud & Misuse

Any fake, copied, stolen, manipulated or misleading content may result in:

• Cancellation of the refund.
• Permanent removal from this program.
• Legal action where applicable.

11. Governing Law

This Content Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to this program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
