Standard Delivery
Most in-stock Skadeas products are delivered within 3–7 working days after they have been dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier service.

Custom Orders
Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for your order. Production requires additional time, so custom orders take at least 10 working days before they are ready for dispatch.

Fragile Items & Separate Parcels
Our Standard Skadis Pegboards and accessories are fragile products. To reduce the risk of damage during shipping, they may be packed in separate parcels with different tracking numbers. These parcels may also arrive on different days.
Mini Skadis are packed together with their accessories in a single parcel whenever possible.

COD & Prepaid Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD)
To reduce losses caused by returned COD orders, we first dispatch the pegboard. Once it has been successfully delivered, the accessories are prepared and dispatched separately.
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders receive priority processing. Pegboards are usually dispatched the same day (or within 2 working days if inventory is temporarily low). Accessories are dispatched as soon as they are ready—we do not wait for the pegboard to be delivered first.
Important: If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, each parcel may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days. This is completely normal and helps us ensure that fragile products reach you safely.
