Custom orders
Built for your order, so production takes at least 10 working days before dispatch.
Accessory delays
Accessories are 3D printed to order. When the queue is long or order volume is high, accessories can ship later than the pegboard. We ask for your understanding — we’ll still get them to you as soon as they’re ready.
Fragile packing
Standard Skadis boards and accessories may ship in separate parcels with different tracking — and arrive on different days. Mini Skadis usually ship with accessories in one parcel.
Warehouse check before dispatch
Every product is checked twice in our warehouse before it leaves for delivery. If something arrives broken or damaged, that damage happened in transit with the courier — not at Skadeas.
