Damages & issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong so we can make it right.
Non-returnable
We cannot accept returns on custom / personalized products, sale items, or gift cards. Get in touch if you are unsure about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest path is to return the item you have. Once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We notify you after inspection whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take extra time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
