Custom Order Policy
How custom pegboards and accessories are ordered, paid for, and handled. Placing or requesting a custom order means you accept this policy.

How to order

Size and shape on the website
Pegboard size, shape, orientation, and the colors on the site.

Anything extra on WhatsApp
Personal changes that are not on the form must be agreed before you pay.

We start only after full payment and proof that matches your order number.
Customization
Extra changes
Cutouts, branding, layout, or anything not listed: WhatsApp first. A website checkout does not include it unless we confirm it in writing before payment.
Custom accessories
WhatsApp only. They cannot be placed as a website custom order.

These fees are part of the custom price and are non-refundable.
Payment
100% before we start
Paid in full before production. No deposit, Cash on Delivery, or pay-later. The custom fee is not a deposit.
Not confirmed until both
An order number from Skadeas, and a valid payment proof for that order. A cart, a chat, or a transfer we cannot verify does not confirm it. Until both exist, we do not make, hold, or ship anything.
Rs 1,500 custom fee
Made-to-order labour. Your order leaves the regular queue and needs separate time. Charged once for a size change. Not a deposit. Not refundable.
Discounts
None
No sales, coupon codes, bank-transfer discounts, bundle offers, or content refunds. The confirmed price is the amount due.
Returns
Non-refundable and non-returnable
Once payment is confirmed. This includes a change of mind, a size or color you chose, a delay on your side, or a finish you later do not want. Paid amounts are not refunded, credited, or exchanged.
Photos
Same specs
If we already have photos of a finished order with the same specifications, we may share those as examples only.
Your order
Photos of your order are sent after it is ready. We do not provide mockups or progress photos before then.
Timing
After the order is confirmed. Confirmation means an order number plus accepted payment proof.
That is the courier’s stated time, not Skadeas. Unforeseen circumstances can delay it. Courier delay is not a Skadeas delay.
Delivery
Why it costs more
Custom orders are packed as fragile goods, with an extra support layer. The delivery charge is fixed for that packing. Regular free-shipping offers do not apply, and the charge does not change after confirmation.
Private courier
Message Skadeas. We handle tracking questions for parcels we send on our own courier.
Third-party courier
Contact that courier directly with your tracking number. After we hand the parcel over, delivery updates and delays are with them.
